To round off our summer Guest Chef Pop-up series, we’re firing things up one last time – quite literally. On the 28th and 29th of August, celebrated Austrian grillmaster and event chef Andreas vom Schlosssee takes over the terrace at NENI Zürich with his signature live-fire cooking concept.

Known from Kitchen Impossible with Tim Mälzer and loved for his passion for regional ingredients, Andreas transforms simple products into bold, flavourful dishes – all cooked over open flame, live in front of our guests. Fire, smoke, storytelling, and food meant to be shared.

Get ready for juicy meats, charred vegetables, homemade sauces, and Andreas’ unique take on NENI’s signature Balagan spirit.

The menu – served as a Balagan-style sharing experience:
– Apéro by the NENI team
– Pimientos de Padrón with spicy chorizo and creamy sheep’s cheese, served with freshly grilled flatbread
– Grilled salmon “raw in the middle”, crusted with juniper, black pepper and Maldon salt
– Persian saffron chicken skewers, tenderly marinated and fire-grilled
– Lamb chops with Matbucha – crispy on the outside, juicy inside – with a fiery tomato-pepper sauce
– Fire-roasted apple strudel from the OFYR grill, flambéed with Jamaican rum and served with vanilla sauce
